The 2013 Notts LTA Annual Awards Evening was attended by over 260 guests at the Mapperley Plains Social Club. The Awards trophies were presented by Christopher Walker, Chairman of Notts LTA.
Nottingham is set to welcome international tennis from Sunday 16 – Sunday 23 February as the Aegon GB Pro-Series returns to the Nottingham Tennis Centre.

Plans to strengthen the grass court season between the French Open and The Championships, Wimbledon took another significant step forward today with the news that Nottingham is to host an ATP 250 men’s event during the week before Wimbledon from 2015.
Nottingham has been selected by the Tennis Foundation as one of the major Disability Network Venues in the UK.

Luke Bambridge is through to the semi-finals of the Indoor $10,000 GB Futures at the Nottingham Tennis Centre
Ranked 703 in the world, Bambridge defeated players ranked 630, 499 and fellow Brit Alfie Hewitt ranked 408 to secure a place in Friday’s match.
Local girls Freya Christie and Jocelyn Rae are also through to the next round of Doubles but they are not playing together

Our U18 boys travelled to Sheffield, where they played a promotion battle against local rivals, Leicestershire, on the last day. After drawing 3-3, they just lost out by 6-3.
