Over 70 people had a great time in the sunshine at Collingham Tennis Club’s first Great British Tennis Weekend Open Day of 2016 on 3rd April.
Families flocked to try out tennis, pick up some coaching tips from two coaches, challenge the ball machine or merely watch and take refreshments.
Paul Best of Southwell’s Best Sports Shop was there with a great selection of rackets and some handy hints on choosing a racket.
Several families joined on the day and many more promised to return for more tennis in the near future.
Our next GBTW is an evening of FREE COACHING on Monday 11th April 5 – 7 pm followed on 22nd May from 3 – 5 pm.
