With the exception of the Honorary Life Vice-Presidents all officers retire annually and shall be eligible for re-election. Although the Management Committee has made nominations for offices as shown this does not preclude any other nominations from an affiliated club or organisation. Such nominations to be submitted in writing to the County Secretary at least fourteen days before the date of the Annual General Meeting
