Following their promotion, the Over 40 Ladies played in Division 1A this year and were expecting some tough challenges.
Led by their captain, Lisa Knowles, the squad of Elaine Masters, Gina Ofield, Kathryn Hayes, Ann Brown and Sue Copestake had some close matches against Glos and Middlesex, a good win against Dorset, and some tough defeats against Surrey and Herts.
