Vernon Park in Basford was featured as one of 39 park venues over the country to hold a Great British Tennis Weekend event last weekend.
Over 300 took part - with many playing tennis for the first time. Mini Tennis and Family Play as well as Cardio and Adult coaching sessions were all available.
Marcus Walters, our local junior who was the U14 National Champion last year, also came along to join in the fun.
