It has taken us a few years securing all the necessary planning permissions along with the consent from the Secretary of State while raising nearly £400,000 but I am delighted to let you know that on 30 August 2012, the Trustees of Hylands CASC signed a 25 year lease with the Albany School, now an Academy.
