The ladies event was won by Jenny Tomei who last year won a 1 day event held last winter. In the men's event the winner of last years 1 day event Mark Weatherup was beaten by home player Ryan Harman in an excellent final.
The standard was very good in all the junior events, In particular Matthew Doe won a very competitive match against Tommy Smith in a match played in very good spirit.
Matthew has now won the last 2 successive tournaments.
Local players, Max Chesher and Vicky Wilson won the 18 & under events with Max doing particularly well beating Levi Lowe Lennon. Holly Wasmouth had a good tournament winning the 14 & under girls singles.
