The second men's & ladies 1 day tournament took place at David Lloyd Gidea Park on Sunday 17th March 2013.The men were split into 2 groups, the A group and the B group .In the ladies event there was just 1 group.
There was some excellent tennis in the latter stages of the men's singles. John Frostick ran out of steam in the B group final having had knee surgery only 4 weeks ago and since then has played very little tennis..In the A group a really exciting final took place.with Annan just finishing as the winner. In the semi final he turned his ankle badly but was determined to carry on and did brilliantly to overcome his injury.
