Sunday the 30th of June from 3:30pm at Dedham Tennis Club. (anticipate 4.5hrs for running time of tournament & BBQ). note: all participants guaranteed 3 full sets

Entry Fee
: £10 per person / £20 per pair (email as below if you do not have partner)
BBQ
: will be bring your own format – condiments, cutlery etc. provided. Friends & family encouraged to come along to enjoy the BBQ, the tennis and indeed the village.
Payment:
After submitting your entry form online you will be redirected to a payment page (using PayPal which is a secure credit / debit card processing, note: you do not need a PayPal account to pay, simply a debit or credit card)
Places are limited:
numbers are capped, entry on a first come first serve basis. Entry forms received after this limit has been reached will be returned, together with your payment.
How does handicapping work?
Indicatively, if you regularly play in the top two divisions of the Colchester & Ipswich Leagues you will receive no handicap, players from 3rd & 4th divisions receive a 1 point advantage per game, those from below the top 4 divisions or who do not play in the leagues will receive a 2 point per game advantage. (*Handicap Secretary has final decision on all handicapping, handicapping is per the standard of the best player in the pair & aims to create an even competition)
