We are looking for an individual with a strong tennis operations background and a good understanding of our ways of working. You will have the knowledge and commitment to manage our tennis developments, working closely with Local Authorities and other key partners, coaches, places to play, schools, colleges and universities and volunteers across the Essex area.
There will be a strong emphasis on working in Priority areas with key people operating in tennis, local authority and education venues to increase tennis participation. You will ensure that there is a quality competitive environment locally, places to play are supported and you are working with the Tennis Foundation to develop tennis in the education sector and in public tennis venues developing affordable and sustainable community tennis opportunities for all ages and abilities to increase participation.
Salary: £30k per annum (dependent on experience) plus excellent benefits*
This is a fixed term post for one year.
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9.00am – 5.00pm) including evening and weekend work as required.
